We’re built on the incredible strength and leadership of our owner, Tandice Finch. Growing up in the hotshot trucking industry, she learned the value of hard work and determination from her parents, who owned their own business. After their passing, she continued their legacy, building Finch Hotshot Delivery with passion and resilience. Her journey hasn’t been easy, but her unwavering commitment to excellence has shaped our company into what it is today.
